Before you join

What language is the workshop taught in?
This is the English-medium session, so the instructor teaches, demonstrates and answers your questions in English throughout. There are no Hindi subtitles. If you would rather learn in Hindi, a separate Hindi-medium version of AI for Small Business runs on its own date.
Do I need to already be using any AI tool?
No. Most of what we use is free, and we set it up together during the session. You'll leave with the accounts created and the tools ready on your phone or laptop, along with a toolkit sheet so you can find them again.
Do I get a recording?
Yes. A full recording of the live session is shared with you afterwards, with two days' access, so you can rewatch any part or catch up if you missed the day. The recording is included in what you pay today — there is nothing extra to buy for it.
What if I can't attend live?
You still get the full recording with two days' access, every bonus in the materials bundle, and 30 days in the WhatsApp support group. The one thing you cannot get back is the live Q&A, where you can ask about your own situation and get an answer in the room — so attend live if you possibly can.
Is there any further payment?

Do I need any prior knowledge or experience?
None. The workshop starts from the beginning and assumes nothing. If you can use WhatsApp and watch a video on YouTube, you can follow this session. Every step is shown on screen and explained as we go.
Do I need a laptop, or will a phone work?
A phone is enough to attend and follow along. A laptop makes it easier to practise alongside the demonstrations — especially for editing a catalogue, a quotation or an invoice — but it is not required. You do need a reasonably stable internet connection for the live session.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Complete the workshop and you receive a participation certificate you can download and add to your LinkedIn profile or share with an employer.
How do I pay?
All Indian payment methods are supported — UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking and EMI. UPI is the fastest and most reliable. People outside India can pay by card or PayPal.
